主要从事光电集成技术、模数/数模转换器方向研究,包括高速高精度ADC/DAC、宽电压域专用驱动电路、全硅微显示技术等。
学术成果:
先后承担和参与了GF创新特区项目、新品重点项目、国家ZF预研等项目15项。至今在IEEE EDL、JAP、OM、JSSC、TCAS-I/II等SCI期刊发表论文30余篇,授权中国专利10余项。研究成果成功推广应用到中国电子科技集团公司信息研究院、华为技术有限公司等多家单位。
